Born from experience in the trenches

Logically Crafted started in 2019 when our founders left enterprise roles after watching transformation projects stall. Teams were drowning in technical debt, compliance checks, and slide decks. We believed there was a better way: smaller squads that blend architecture depth with delivery discipline.
